Next year, the European conference of the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ESTSS) about “Trauma, mental health and COVID” will be held on the 17th to 18th of June 2021. This conference offers an interesting and varied program including many great national and international researchers sharing their expertise with other researchers and clinicians from the field. Key-notes and tracks will be focused on research and reports of clinical experiences regarding the influence of the Covid -19 pandemic on mental health issues in children, adolescents, and adults.

To ensure a smooth running of the organization of this conference, we are looking for volunteers to help us.

Requirements:

• Excellent writing skills in English.
• Willingness to spend on average 2 to 3 hours a week till June 2021 for
  • Executive tasks regarding
    • The organizational support of the scientific committee and abstract selection, such as supervising the review process.
    • Contact to the speakers and attendees such as sending out information e-mails.
    • Creating the online environment.
    • Participating in designing a PR and funding strategy for this conference.
    • PR and funding such as writing content for websites, designing posters, staying in touch with possible funders, social networking etc.
• Meetings will be mostly held on Fridays with one of the co-chairs of the conference (Manik Djelantik, Marloes Eidhof, Anke de Haan, Annett Lotzin).
